Domain Registrar – Poor Customer Service.

Domain Registrar – Poor Customer Service.

As most of my readers are aware I suffer from “Cerebellar Atrophy” and sometimes I muddle up my words or spell things incorrectly, it’s a bit like dyslexia where you are 100% convinced the spelling is correct even if it is not, as was the case that proved to be costly with the email address I used to register 4 domain names and spelled the email wrong with this domain registrar company ( in December.

It wasn’t until after I checked what was happening with my dot com domains that I spotted the spelling error of my email.

I proceeded to contact (Namesco) in December 2021 trying to explain that their dashboard was not allowing me to update my email and started a support ticket.

I waited until the beginning of January 2022 seeing as I had not heard from them and spoke to someone who said she would correct the spelling error of my email and to wait 48 hours.

Forty-Eight hours came and went and I noticed that both my dot com domain names were still suspended, so I phoned again. Each time I was told my support ticket was in a queue. In total, I have spoken to 7 individuals on 7 separate occasions and today was the last straw and I lost my rag with them.

I was told by the previous agent that I would have to fill out a form and prove I was the owner of the said business “UK Website Designers” so I went two steps further I created a page on my website (If I was not the owner of the website I would not be able to create a page and have their reference number) and addressed it to the person who had emailed me. I even said I would supply official documentation if need be. This correspondence was last week. As well as this I would not be posting on the subdomain of this site either if I did not have some authority.

You could argue that my website designer if I had one may be the one trying to possibly steal the domains in question even though the rest of the registrant data appertained to me correctly and I was able to update my email for the ( versions without any issue through their dashboard, which reflected with Nominet.

I even went to Nominet to prove I was the legal owner of “UK Website Designers” which is a ( domain name ( and screenshot the registrant details of the domain name.

However was not having any of it and my two domain names ( and are still suspended, hence I phoned them one last time with my disdain.

If this carries on I will have no alternative to lodge a complaint with ICANN and tell the world and his neighbors about them.

I have now filled out their wretched form four times on the PDF for four separate domain names. Furthermore, the form was not editable through PDF editor, you would think they would send out a word document or make the PDF amendable, but no, they prefer to drag their heels and make it difficult.

Let see how long it will take for them to get their act together and change the email once and for all.

Will I ever use this company again, most certainly not? Will, I ever recommend this company to anyone? I highly doubt it.

What I will do is put my recommendations in my directory on this site, give them a one-star review and tell my, readers, not to go anywhere near this shambles of an outfit.

Imagine if this was a domain name and I was selling the domain or, my sale would most probably have gone cold, never mind my reputation.

Granted I made the spelling error myself but how hard is it to update an email address to the correct one when logged into the God-forsaken Dashboard?

I have now painstakingly had to delete every backlink I ever created for these domains as it was damaging my reputation.

I am now not bothered about rebranding after this fiasco as this has just put a dampener on things and cost me a lot of time and effort.

What I will do however is give them a run for their money seeing I have just secured and

I will go above and beyond and do everything I can to give their competitors business.

Bad Press.

This company is not without bad news in 2012 they got hacked and all their customers then had to change their compromised card details.

Note From the Editor.

They claim they have never heard of “UK Domain Brokers”, or “UK Website Designers” or myself, well now they will. A simple Google search shows who I am and what businesses I own.

For their information, I own this, and I am slowly growing and may in time outgrow them.

This is NOT how you treat customers.

They are not ranking organically for the search terms “Registrars” or “Premium Domains”, are not on page 1 or 2 of Google, and are resorting to Google Adwords.

The only reason this company came on my radar, in the beginning, was because they were offering a free domain name registration, but this was just a marketing gimmick, to get new signups because once you have registered the first domain name the offer no longer applies. Note the saying “if something is too good to be true it probably is”. Lesson learned as they say.

Let’s see how long it takes them to update my email address.

I will probably write an update on this article rather than make a new one.

Anyone else who has encountered bad experiences with this company is invited to make their comment below.

Update 12/01/22

I have just received an email today and it basically said that the statement I submitted did not have my address, so ICANN may reject the registrant details. Let me tell you the statement did have my address and I have responded to the email. I am also a sole trader and am not registered with companies house just with HMRC.

Email Correspondence, just to prove a point.

If I was not the legal owner of UK Website Designers I would not be able to write this article and copy and paste the email correspondence.

To add more proof to my credibility here is the statement I submitted with content redacted.

Business Bank Statement Redacted.

This is now going to get to the point I will be contacting ICANN myself and starting a UDRP with this company if they do not update my email.

13/01/22 UPDATE.

The saga continues, I filled out the PDFs and attached my signature which you can do as an image on the trial subscription which by coincidence ended yesterday and is normally £15.17 a month. So you can imagine my anger when I get a reply that my signatures were not accepted because they were not in between the lines and were not handwritten.

You can read the email below:

Obviously, this company does not know how signatures work on PDFs, either you type out your name or initials or you can add an image with a handwritten real signature which I did, that matched my driving license. But yet again they are being difficult.

My patient is wearing thin with this company and I do not see why I have to pay a subscription to add my handwritten signature as I cannot scan and print the document as I am working from home.

If they come back with an excuse why they cannot send me the document to add my e-signature, they will give me no alternative to blasting this article all over the internet including LinkedIn where I have over 10K connections and I will tag every single employee of Nameco so that they can read this article. This no doubt will put a dent in their pockets as everyone is going to think twice before using them if this is the trouble a person has and have to go through just to change a simple signature that could have easily been done on their dashboard, thus avoiding this BS. It was not hard to do but they have made it difficult and have wasted my valuable time.

They will then see how good I am at marketing and advertising.

I have had enough 🤬🤬🤬!!!!

UPDATE 17/02/22

The saga continues.

Despite asking multiple times for to send me a PDF with e-signature they point blank refuse to co-operate so I have sent one last email to them requesting they send me a PDF with e-signature. I have embedded an email they sent me and my reply pls all the key people I will tag and send an email to the Director. Obviously, I cannot share his email address for GDPR reasons but if you go to you can get the information on basically anyone.

The email from and my reply are below along with all the key people and just to knock this up a notch I have the email of Director Claudio Corbetta. I will forward my complaint that I send to ICANN and cc him into it as well as translate my email into Italian.

This is beyond a joke and everyone on this planet will get to read my disdain for this company if they do not cooperate with me.

To raise a complaint with ICANN

To contact VERISIGN

According to “William Lowe” it is the responsibility of the customer to get a tool that allows for e-signatures. If a company wants an e-signature they should be responsible for sending out a document and not the other way round. What’s worse is the fact after reading the bad reviews on Trustpilot, I have learned to transfer my domains to another provider Namesco LTD will charge for the service. for an authorization code. Reading the reviews they are saying this is industry standard they are chatting 💩. I have used many registrars in my time and non-charge to move a domain away. It is the new registrar that you move a domain to that will charge for new registration. As soon as I get these domains I will move them and deactivate my account. I most certainly will not be paying any admin fees.

I have had a gut full, all this just to change an email address and put an e- signature on a PDF. I do not see why I have to pay the adobe acrobat subscription which costs £25 per month just to add an e-signature. I am not eligible for the trial as the offer has expired. If they want the e-signature so bad then they should pay for the e-signature tool. I cannot leave my premises to go anywhere as I am working from home and I am isolating. If I have to waste money to provide an e-signature them it is on,y right they lose money because I will make this go viral.

Disabled Entrepreneur

Disabled Entrepreneur Network Hub.

I have launched this site to help mentor people with disabilities. I know how difficult it is to work in a normal environment and therefore I have adapted my work around my disabilities.

Being disabled does not necessarily have to be a handicap. You are in power of your own destiny and your own abilities.

This site is therapy not only for others but also for myself, I can express how I feel and what obstacles I am faced with and how I am able to tackle them. “Remember if you never try you will never know”.

Regardless if you have a physical, mental or invisible disability through a support network we can be united and overcome challenges through inspiration and motivation.

“The world is your oyster”.

Ideally I would have liked the dot com domain name but have had to settled for one that will attract UK traffic rather than a global audience. I will move to do magic marketing which I am confident will get world wide spectators. To be honest I am not that fussed if I was unable to acquire the dot com or dot co dot uk for that matter as I just plan to use it as a landing page for my book which I plan to launch soon.

Anyone approaching me with the dot com or dot co dot uk can think again as I am not interested unless they give it to me for free. Its the person that develops a site first should have sole control over the domain name and all its extensions unless similar to trademark registration can register the same name and develop it under a different class.

I have most of my chapters already written out and I am not ashamed to say it I have disabilities and want to empower people that they too can achieve their goals no matter what they are going through or faced with.

If this guy can do it, what is your excuse?

Valuations & Broker Qualifications

I am having a Vent Moment with Domain Qualifications & Valuations.

I recently published how to value domain names on July 2019, although I have done so before in a post many months ago and have published a book

My tip on valuing individual domain names, what I usually do is send an email to my prospective clients with a breakdown of how I came to my valuation. However I recently valued a whole portfolio and as there were over 1000 domain names I just wrote in a spreadsheet the cost of each domain name. What I failed to do was submit the individual metholodgy of how I came to reach these figures, this has not gone down well with certain people and heavily critised. I cannot elaborate anymore for legal reasons but if you are ever in a position to value a whole portfolio you must also include how you reached these figures.

Moving on I then was asked if I have any qualifications to broker or value domain names?, my answer was and still is that there are no qualifications or license one must have to broker domain names unlike “Real Estate Brokers” who have to have a license……I was told that “Sedo” do qualifications for a fee, how good this source of imformation is I do not know and its the first time I have ever heard of it. It is certainly news to me and I have this gut feeling it is “fake news”. The person said because I did not have domain broker qualifications per se (which there are none that I know of) I cannot be a domain broker he also went to say if I do not have a license so I cannot be a broker (there are no licenses that I know of) so he totally undermined the amount of years it has taken me to be website developer, seo and marketing expert and the fact I wrote two books mean’t nothing. I really want to name and shame him but I cannot at the moment for legal reasons . He also said that the word ‘ketchup’ can be brokered and I tried to argue that it cannot because it is trademarked.

My qualifications are my experience I have had over the years in SEO & Marketing.

Please read the following link which will be useful to some doubting Thomas’s that I have met recently:

The person that asked was a broker/registrar himself yet by trying to discredit me he was also discrediting himself.

Ask any broker do they have broker qualifications and you will find they have none.

Until the governement regulate digital assets it falls into a gray area. This would include regulating websites, marketing and domain brokering and in my opinion they should as there are many dodgy scamming websites around.

Like I have mentioned before I cannot elaborate on the entities at this time and may in future disclose the person (broker/registrar) but he went on to ask why do I not own any old domain names?, basically because I sell them fairly quickly, that is why!!!

I have learnt a lot in the last couple of days. One of which is if you do not have enough information refuse to do a valuation……. I am not talking about domains as such per se, but more to do with a business. If a business fails to provide all accounting for the last 5/10 years and fails to show Google Analytics Reporting refuse to do the valuation. Sometimes you have to value businesses especially if they are selling a brand with their domain name, so you need to find out what assets they have before valuing their company.

****Also if you are not good at remembering acronyms as I have today and yesterday it does not mean you do not know what you are talking about.

***In my defenseI suffer with “cerebellar atrophy and jumble up my words.”.

Ocassionally when I write emails or posts you may notice my words are jumbled up or I have severe typo diarrhoea. Hence my first book I published “Domain Name Handbook” was full of spelling mistakes and grammer errors even though I proof read it about ten times 🙂 which is proof in itself I have a problem with words.

What is Cerebellar Atropy.

Cerebellar Atrophy occurs when human tissue decreases in size or shrinks to a size smaller than normal, or what is considered average. It can be referred to as body wasting, describing an observation that part of the body is diminishing. Atrophy takes place for a variety of reasons, including the following:

  • Immobilization: Limbs that have been placed in casts or that are unable to function are prone to muscle wasting, or atrophy. This means that when a muscle has not been used for a period of time, it’s slowly broken down and reabsorbed by the body.
  • Disease: Many musculoskeletal, neurological, and vascular diseases can lead to atrophy. Other illnesses, such as cancer, can also put a drain on the body’s resources.
  • Trauma: In some instances of trauma, blood flow may divert itself to areas of the body that are in critical need. When this diversion occurs for a prolonged period of time, vascular pathways begin to atrophy and blood flow establishes new routes based on priority.

It can cause Cognetive impairement:

**Cognetive Impairment is when a person has trouble remembering, learning new things, concentrating, or making decisions that affect their everyday life. Cognitive impairment ranges from mild to severe. Severe levels of impairment can lead to losing the ability to understand the meaning or importance of something and the ability to talk or write.

Cerebellar Atrophy is also associated with “OCD” (Obessisive Compulsive Disorder).

View my domain name

Cerebellar Atrophy is also associated with Multiple Sclerosis in which my daughter suffers from and 10% of the proceeds of my book goes to the MS Charity.

Bottom Line.

Seems a bit of coincidence that my cross examination today and yesterday was discredited without knowing the full facts about my illness.

It also coincidence that I have written two books in which I mention my daughters disability and the fact 10% of the profits go to the “MS Charity”.

Had I have been asked about my disability I would have produced the evidence.

*Furthermore if I did not know what I was talking about I would have not been able to write two books on the matter of domain names

Finally this broker/registrar asked me to help him sell his domain portfolio and would give me $600,000 if it sold, which means he has just admitted that my valuation was a conservative price and that if he was going to go 50/50 with me, his portfolio would mean was worth in his eyes $1,200,000 yet no one picked up on this.

I actually turned him down 3 times and he questioned why I did this and I quote “who would turn down $600,000?” and although I did not reply fully I would much rather concentrate on my clients assets on

If I sell anything on I get a commission of 10% and I would put in the same amount of hours on outbound marketing but for more money.

My website www.just4millionaires has high value assets to include Famous Painters Paintings including Da Vinnci & Rubens to Jumbo Jets so 10% of £20,000,000 would be £2,000,000 which would you rather do work really hard to sell a portfolio of domain names worth £1,200,000 according to the broker/registrar and only get £600,000.00 or work the same amount of time and make £2,000,000.00

I think the answer is a no brainer.

Before judging me do your research and see what I actually do!!!

***Rant over but I am vexed by the attitude of this broker/registrar who should look in the mirror before throwing stones in glass houses.

I am still waiting on an update on this assignment before I can publish anything else, but no doubt I will publish his identity sooner or later when I am legally able to do so.

I am getting increasingly cheesed off with this company it one thing after another with them. Today one cannot access the control panel to make any changes.

Totally inacceptable – I am slowly moving away from the joke of a company.

Avoid like the plague.

Remember when I first published my blog I said that this one photographer that took advantage of me by blackmailing me that in order to get paid for the websites I developed for him I had to babysit his photographic studio for free, well I thought I would teach him a lesson and persuade one of his high paying clients to come to me.

At first for the last two years it worked fine as I said I would do the work for free with upto 3 revisions. I won’t say what the project was about or name anyone but two years on this client at first would give me small monetary gifts. However recently as he is obssessed with his project he has changed from giving me monetary gifts to paying me with chocolate. Don’t get me wrong I do love chocolate, but week in and week out he just pays me with chocolate. which is a bit much.

So today I gave him the shock of his life when I produced a quote for a similar project and showed him how much he has saved as I had undercut other service providers of which this photographer would have charged him without a doubt.

So today after I showed him the quote I had made for another client, he went quiet and I think it sunk in that he has taken advantage of me too.

It will be interesting to see if he continues to pay me with chocolate and if it comes to it I will have to call it a day.

Some people get paid with money, gold or bitcoins whilst I get paid with chocolate.

I might as well put a sign on my website that I accept chocolate too…….just joking, I prefer money or gold any day.

Obviously this is not my usual post about Domain Brokering but I want to spread awareness that we should not take life for granted because when you are least expecting it something devasting could easily happen.

I am posting this as we are only human after all.

It is still very surreal at the moment as my 17 year old daughter and I come to terms with the fact she has been diagnosed with MS only last week.

We are staying positive as she prepares herself for the Lemtrada treatment in the coming weeks. We are on standby and we will have a phonecall in the morning any day now to come in for the afternoon, as the hospital are just waiting for a bed to become available.

This has been a shock to the system for both of us but more so for my daughter who already has had two relapses within a period of 6 months.

After having a CT & MRI scan they discovered lesions on her brain and spine and after the lumbar puncture they confirmed my daughter has MS.

I never really thought much about the disease up until now and although I have heard about people having it I never really knew how debilitating the disease actually was. In the worst cases people are bed bound or in wheelchairs as they do not have a cure for the disease and only experiment with different drugs as they do not know what causes it either.

I am posting this for awareness as little things like jumbling up words when speaking or writing although may be laughed off could in actualfact be a sign of the disease manifesting. Also blurred vision or the need to go to the lavatory without notice could be signs that the disease is revealing its ugly head.

My daughters symptoms started with pins and needles and numbness to the lower part of her body aswell as tiredness and bad headaches.

Although I feel sorry for her as any mother would be, I also give her motivation and encourage her to make goals and maintain them so that she reaches them someday.

She is in her last year of college before going onto University to study Medicine.

Hopefully the Lemtrada will help her.

I am seriously thinking of buying a suitable domain name that will sell motivational merchandise on a website that I will develope and will help spread awareness whilst also help raise funds for more research.

I know there are MS Charities, Groups and Societies out there already but I also want to do my part to help present day and future patients.

Anyone with ideas please PM me.

For people who do not know what this is, its a bit of code that every website needs in order for browsers not to block your website OR mark it as unsafe. I am creasing myself up with laughter here, as my ex-client read previous post in (About The Owner) catagory, has evidently not done this for his website as he is clueless. So that means one day soon his analytics to his site will be nil and when he investigates it further he will know that he needs a webmaster to fix the issue. Fuming for him. High Five For Me smiley

Disgruntuled EX-Website Client.

It’s actually quite difficult to define this person.

He was originally a friend, a contractor and eventually a client.

I met him over 20 years ago when I had my own Photography Studio ‘Siren Photography’ and was outsourcing Wedding Photography as I had too may weddings to cope with myself.

Years later we met up again but this time he had his own Photographic Business.

We talked and he asked me to help him out whilst he went on holiday and did not want to close the studio down, so I decided to help him. In the meantime he said he was going to downside studios as he could not afford the rent. He then moved into a Local Newsgent and started trading at the back. Within that year I helped out by doing a couple of photoshoots including a couple of weddings. He did not pay me and went on the pretense that his clients had not paid him.

This was our first argument and one day I turned around and said I had enough and walked out.

A couple of years later we bumped into one another again and out came the sob story that he needed help in the studio as he had too much work to manage by himself. I felt awkward but he also asked me to build him 3 websites so I agreed even though in the back of my mind I felt wary.

As the months went on I felt uneasy he portrayed himself to be my employer and undermined me in front of his clients.

Local businesses thought I was working for him as an empolyee and did not give me the respect I deserved.

What became the icing on the cake was that this escalated with the fact he expected me to work from his premises for 40 + hours per week, not just doing my work but also work in his photographic studio which I hated.

I was told that if I was to walk away he would not pay me for the three websites I built for him. He was only paying what he could and not an agreed amount as per my price lists. We never engaged in contracts as he refused to sign them, he was thinking long term how to scam me no doubt. He even at one point insisted I give him my login details to the website hosting company which I obviously refused point blank,

I have known him for best part 24 years and when he was starting out as a photographer all those years ago I was offsetting Wedding Photography onto him as I was moving into a different industry.

Then in 2016 he paid me £400 per month and I had to open his studio and work their Monday to Saturday 09.30 to 17.30 hours which is 192 hours a month which equates to £2.00 per hour which is less than the minimum wage.

(This is slave labour and I allowed it to happen smiley) Plus the fact I built three websites for him and he basically took advantage of me. His words to me where “once business picks up” he would pay me more.

At first I thought I will see how it goes but when he started dictating to me telling me I could not conduct or promote my business from the studio, I started to get irritated by his mannerism. He was very controlling and belittling me calling me a “car crash” and make comments about what I wore, he hated that I wore DR Martin boots and wanted me to look more feminine. He critised ame that I did not wear enough makeup and even had the cheek to bring in his wifes hand me downs which I immediately gave to charity. He was on another planet. He also has a security camera whereby he could listen in and watch in stealth mode.

When he expanded again and worked from inside a hairdressers as well as the newsagents and later on the photo booth in the city centre, I told the hairdressers not to speak to me in that room as he could be listening and watching.

To this day he has not got anything on his windows or walls to say the photobooth has surveillance equipment and people including young children could be recorded.

With this in mind I was forced to work on my business out of office hours, I no doubt lost a lot of business as I was told he would bring more work for me if I perservered working in the studio, this work never materialized.

So moving on this year he decides to close one of his studios down without any notice because he owed money to the proprietor of the premises, the hairdresser and the newagent got closed so he could no longer trade from there.

Better for me, I hear you say as now I am a free agent and can concentrate on my business 100%, but what that meant was he would not pay me for the three websites of which two of them I had full control over and have closed down but he still continues to trade from the one website that I had no control over as he registerd the domain and would not forward it to me and I had to build the site through his login details of the same company I was using.

So the s##t hits the fan and I ask him for my photographic equipment back and he refuses on the grounds I owed him a laptop which as I see it is services rendered from 5 years ago as he did this once before……

I threatened him with legal action and no suprize he brings my equiptment back.

Fast forward to the present day 2017, my mistake I forgot to remove him as an admistrater to my Facebook page and low and behold he pulls a stunt by trying to delete my page.

I retaliated by screenshoting the notification, unblocking him off my phone temporarily just to send one message, that I will be showing the notification to my solicitor.

So I hear you ask why is he disgruntled?……. because one of his biggest paying customers had sourced me out and now the ex-client is reaping what he sowed.

Its not my fault that this particular customer preferred to do business with me and the table has turned. smiley

Plus I’m laughing as I have just looked at his website and he has messed it up. It going to cost him a lot of moneyto rectify this as I know he does not know what he is doing otherwise he would never have approached me in the beginning to design his website.

He has obviously messed it up trying to attempt to make changes. What a plonker….Furthermore he has no Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions which is illegal especially since GDPR rules which he is breaching. If this came to light I am sure the powers that be would shut him down.

In fact I should be the one to be disgruntled after all everything he has done, but I move on quickly and only express my grievances when my buttons get pushed.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me the second time I will come down on you like a ton of bricks.

Don’t get me wrong I am a happy go lucky person but if someone tries to get under my skin………watch out.

Moral of the story if someone refuses to sign a contract walk away and always delete any digital footprints if you part on bad terms.

Also if you are ever approached by this person to design a website for him be careful as I am not the first or last to be scammed and refused paying for things, he has a very poor credit rating and will pay the first few payments and them stop in his tracks with some BS excuses.

He plans to have a fishing website done sooner or later as he wants to sell fly fishing equipment online, I suggest tread with caution and ask for money upfront or decline to do business with this individual period.

Should I have made this post?, is it professional of me to do so?

The way I see it individuals like this person should not be in business if they go around scamming and exploiting people. If it means that I prevent someone else being scammed I have at least acheived something.

Don’t get me wrong I hate airing my dirty laundry out in public but there has to be a way of stopping people like this from causing mayhem and disruption to businesses. Had I have not noticed this Facebook notification he would have succeeded in destroying an income stream for me.

He will be getting a letter from my solicitor.

Rules of Business…..

Always show respect and never do anything underhand as it will always catch up with you.

Be Safe and don’t be Sorry!

Moving forward he has now realized I have published a book for his client, but what he fails to grasp is the client is going back to him to get a book done to see the comparison of the quality which is not going to be anything like mine as everyone who has seen mine including a competitor of his all remarked how high quality it was. His client has confirmed he will be ordering 10 books from me regardless. Fuming for him and he who laughs last will laugh the longest. Karma is a B##ch lol.

I have just terminated a contract with one of my domainers, who asked me to build a website for him. He also asked me to set up affiliate marketing programs which I did.

He refused to sign the contract and after two weeks of the website being live he was demanding and expecting miracle traffic and conversions.

Seeing as he did not pay for PPC advertising and the website was new I terminated the agreement on the grounds he breached the terms and condtions of my business.

He asked for his money back which was for a landing page, but I always go one step better with my clients and built him three pages and a blog. I did a lot of work and he then has the cheek to ask for his money back.

I have now blocked him off all the chanels. I suppose I will find more muppets like him in the future, but each one I have a zero tolerance on and have toughened up over the years.

Don’t take any BS off anyone!

Since writing my last post about my first ex-client the photographer, I happened to walk past his cubicle of what he calls his studio and he only happened to see me, if looks could kill, I would be dead.

What gets me after our fall out I have spoken to many people including ex clients of his, no I did not poach them all and none of them had a good word to say about him, yet he portrays himself as something really special. He should remember the time I gave him and his friend a wedding to do and they botched it to the extent the client wanted to sue me. My ex-husband at the time wanted to kill him and I remember him crying in my living room and me offering a brandy to calm him down even though he was in the wrong for ruining someones wedding photos. He actually blamed it on his friend Mike who was also with him doing that wedding.

I should really move on and lay this to rest as I know for a fact I will never get my money back as he is a professional scammer and has not got two pennies to rub together. Good riddens to bad rubbish as they say.
