Domain Name Only Sales & Equity…..

I wrote yesterday how the domain industry are enticing people to buy domain names by publicly announcing domain name sales but what they fail to include is who is the buyer and why would a buyer paid for example $$$M for a domain name and if it was a domain name only sale or something more.

Furthermore it is illegal to announce your income online and it can be deemed as enticement. The term β€˜enticement’ refers to the act or practice of enticing, alluring, or tempting and to get round this one needs to have a disclaimer.

No where on these forums or websites are there any notices to prevent the ordinary Joe Bloggs from parting with his/her good earned money. Which gives the ordinary person false hopes that his / her domains will sell for similar amounts of money.

The disclaimer should read something like this:

Enticement is an act by which one person leads or moves another by persuasion or influence, as to some action or state of mind.

Domains are ususally misreported ususally by domain investors who want numbers to seem bigger and often by press making up domain stories.

The latest is a sale of voice.com that was bought by a company that made their millions from bitcoin when it first came out, paying cents for each share only to have bitcoin value soar through the roof and bought shares at the right time and now he is a multi
millionaire, who can afford to pay $30M for a domain name.

You can read the article where domain name sales are sometimes not domain name only sales which gives the reader a false sense of hope and is called enticement:

https://www.dnjournal.com/domainsales.htm

The person in question is the CEO and founder, Michael Saylor. Tysons-based MicroStrategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR) has struck a deal to sell the “Voice.com” domain name blockchain-based company for $30 million in cash. He also owns:

Ask yourself if you were a small or mid size company, would you spend millions on a domain name? Obviously the PLC and LLC companies can or dare I say it, if people who want to money launder but for the average company asking Millions will only attract the the Inland Revenue or IRS.

The other thing I have to mention is how does one justify spending millions to the accountant on a domain name unless if your were a public company wanting to secure its brand name?

Do not believe everything you read infact read the following article to just confirm what I have written: https://domainnamewire.com/2019/06/20/yes-voice-com-is-the-most-expensive-publicly-announced-domain-ever-sold/

If www.voice.com got sold then my domain www.voicescanners.com should have a fighting chance.

Other Domains that I am selling are:
